Returns must be done within 10 business days after completed sale. 

Please email: sales@coccolily.com to receive an authorization number for returns.

Please do not send back returns without an authorization number. An authorization number is needed to complete the return.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be in unused original condition.

Exchanges or store credit are available for all returns.  No monetary refunds are available. You will receive a credit or an exchange for the cost of the merchandise only. We cannot issue credit for shipping and/or handling charges unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Please use a method of shipping  for your return that can provide you with tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipment of a return. Lost or damaged items without insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid as we are unable to accept returns via COD.
